The quality Management System covers all business activities, from initial concept, design, manufacturing and final delivery of products to the end user.

EGR uses proprietary processing and testing techniques to ensure that our products are fit for application. Testing facilities include microscopic analysis (co-extruded layer distribution and optical PMMA warpage), and transmissive and reflective spectrophotometry, Impact - Gardner, Reversion testing, HDT, Weathering, Hi Optical Tests. Although the majority of EGR's test methods are standard for sheet extruders, proprietary test methods have been developed in-house in close co-operation with our customers to guarantee quality and satisfaction.
